Brew City HDI invites you to attend the 2nd Annual Brew City HDI Tech Fair on November 4, 2008 from 9AM-3PM at the Radisson Hotel Milwaukee West.

Our Tech Fair is a full day of instructional sessions plus a vendor showcase focused on the needs of today’s technology, call center, support, and service desk professionals. There will be mini-seminars on a variety of tools and techniques, product demonstrations and a complete vendor showcase of the latest software, hardware, and service offerings relating to the call center, help desk and technical support industry. There will also be four major breakout sessions. Don’t miss our door prize drawings held throughout the day!
