With Customer Service Week, October 6-10, 2008, just around the corner, we look forward to hearing Gloria Heck speak about customer satisfaction. This presentation, also presented at HDI conference this year, will focus on how to ask and measure your customers satisfaction.
Gloria Heck is the President of Millennium Consulting Partners, Inc. She specializes in customer support, help desks, call centers and information technology management consulting. Ms. Heck’s evaluation skills have proven effective in assessing and implementing changes in an organization’s structure, technology automation, process evaluation and reengineering, environment and operating policies and practices. She has extensive experience in information technology and project management, and has consulted with clients in the manufacturing, banking, finance, printing, distribution, public utility, temporary services, pharmaceutical, entertainment, retail, travel, publishing, trade options, food service, telecommunications and hospitals.

Although I do not have my hands in the IT function on a daily basis, I found last nights topic EXTREMELY helpful and informative. Gloria Heck was a phenomenal speaker and I would highly recommend her to other organizations.
